Glencoe Closes Out Covid-19 Shortened Season
The 2021 Pacific Conference Golf season came to a close Tuesday afternoon at Meriwether Golf Course. Playing on a beautiful 75 degree day, the Tide finished 4th, shooting a team score of 351. Isaac Ramberg and Isaiah Dewey both fired 81's to tie for 5th at Tuesday's finale. Carson McGlasson followed with a 91 and Cohen Barackman recorded the final team counting score of 98. Casyn Bardos making is varsity debut shot a 107.
Ramberg finished the season in a tie for 5th in the conference individual rankings, which results in a 1st Team All Conference award. Dewey finished ranked 8th for 2nd team honors and McGlasson rounds out the All Conference honors with an Honorable Mention at 15th.
The Tide will complete in a culminating tournament next Monday at Stone Creek Golf Course in Oregon City. The culminating event will comprise of all five metro area high school leagues. Tee times TBA.
