Much like the entire season, the cold, windy and rainy weather continued during the two day 2017 OSAA 6A State Championships at Quail Valley Golf Club in Banks. Glencoe junior Casey Cameron, making his third straight state tournament appearance, battled the miserable conditions and finished with a two day total of 170, good for a tie for 50th. Cameron carded one birdie in Monday's round of 83 and followed that with an 87 on Tuesday. Cameron wasn't alone as the tournament scoring average was 84. Glencoe's Metro League opponent Jesuit won the team title.
